When you came into my world,
you invaded it with your lovely smile and your understanding heart,
And I quietly thought to myself about how different you were from the start.
You listened to my every word and never judged what I had to say,
Neither do I judge you by your selfless act
And even when j tried to turn away from it all, you didn’t get up and run away.
You gave a million reasons why it will work out
We developed a relationship filled with trust, with no walls to have to guard.
We both left the past behind us and stepped into the future that was bright, no matter how hard.
You have taught me how to love and I know you have no hidden agenda – you are in love with the real me.
I am writing this so that you can understand
That spending time with you is the best thing in my life and I never want to let go of your hand.
When we are apart, I can’t describe just how much I try to miss you 😁😁
But when you’re here, I don’t think you realize just how much better I am.
When we have time apart, I am able to see just what I have always wanted.
